EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES / CTE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Give the next generation real business practice.

Bring customer relationships, sales decisions, and team follow-up into a project students can understand. Start with realistic exercises, then explore a school-approved pilot that fits your program.

Classroom mode is planned and is not available for general sign-up. We begin with synthetic records and a school-approved pilot.

A PRACTICAL PLACE TO START

Business skills are learned by doing.

CTE entrepreneurship programs can use a CRM to make the work visible: who asked, what was promised, who owns the next step, and what happened. LeadBin can support the adult-led parts today; the restricted student experience is being designed for a controlled pilot.

THREE CLASSROOM PATHS

Choose the work your students can see.

Each path keeps the lesson grounded in a real business habit. School policy determines whether a program uses only fictional examples or an approved live project.

01 / 03
SIMULATED STUDENT BUSINESS

Practice the whole customer journey.

Students can learn how a small business organizes inquiries, follows up, and measures progress using fictional people and companies.

  1. Define a product and ideal customer
  2. Create sample contacts and an opportunity
  3. Assign a follow-up task and review the outcome
Planned classroom mode; synthetic data only during the controlled pilot.
02 / 03
TEACHER-RUN SCHOOL STORE

Make a real school project easier to manage.

A teacher can coordinate a school store, from customer questions through work assignments and service follow-up, in an approved open workspace.

  1. Organize store contacts and inquiries
  2. Track orders or requests as opportunities
  3. Review tasks, meetings, and support needs
Real-world use requires school approval and the appropriate LeadBin features.
03 / 03
SPONSORS & VENDORS

Keep partnerships in one place.

Teachers can maintain a controlled list of sponsors, vendors, and community supporters so student projects have a reliable point of contact.

  1. Record the organization and contact
  2. Note the relationship and next step
  3. Assign an owner for each follow-up
Contact permissions and school policies govern any real outreach.
READY-TO-ADAPT IDEAS

Start with a lesson, not a software rollout.

These activity outlines help teachers evaluate fit before any student account or school record is introduced.

ONE CLASS

Pitch-to-pipeline

Invent a business, collect fictional leads, and decide which next action belongs on a task.

ONE WEEK

School store sprint

Map an approved store workflow, assign work, and compare what was planned with what was recorded.

ONGOING

Community partner desk

Create a teacher-managed sponsor list, keep meeting notes, and review open follow-ups.

PILOT DESIGN / SCHOOL CONTROL

A classroom pilot needs more than a switch.

The proposed student role would work only with synthetic data inside a restricted LeadBin workspace. External email, public links, provider connections, webhooks, and API tokens must be blocked on the server, including queued work. A separate teacher-approved open workflow would be needed for a real school store.

LeadBin cannot restrict a student’s general internet access. Before a pilot uses real students or education records, the school and LeadBin need to review authorization, consent, retention, deletion, and district terms.

Current statusRestricted classroom mode is planned. No COPPA or FERPA compliance claim is made by this page.
