Approve a separate agreement
After quote approval, prepare the contract as its own document. The buyer confirms both stages using codes delivered to the addressed email.
Follow the invoice
Contract approval issues a Stripe invoice from the workspace merchant. See whether it is open or paid without mistaking delivery for payment.

Need an invoice without a quote?
Start in Invoices, choose a saved contact or enter a one-time buyer email, and add catalog or custom USD line items. Save a private draft, review the amount and recipient, then explicitly issue it. Copy the hosted payment link or ask Stripe to email the invoice.
