Maintain individual contact profiles with the details and history your team has actually recorded.
Explore the tools behind a clearer customer relationship. Every capability below has its own explanation and the first plan that includes it.

Plan labels show the minimum tier for a generally available feature. Higher plans include the lower tiers. Some features still depend on role, setup, or a workspace-specific release gate.
Keep the people, organizations, and context behind every next step together.
Maintain individual contact profiles with the details and history your team has actually recorded.
Organize account details and open the contacts, opportunities, tasks, and notes related to each organization.
Link people, companies, opportunities, and work items so a teammate can follow the relationship without recreating it.
See saved touchpoints and updates in context. Missing off-platform activity is not inferred.
Record the details of a conversation or decision alongside the relevant customer record.
Find the right customer or work item in workspace-scoped lists and search results.
Follow saved forms, notes, and matched activity for a person in chronological context, with source coverage kept visible.
Preview CSV or Excel files, review exact-email updates, and download row-level results. Ambiguous matches are held for review; workspace contact limits still apply.
Search and filter the full workspace, edit common sales fields inline, and review selected-record changes before applying them.
Organize contacts in workspace-shared static or filter-based lists without starting outreach automatically.
Preview and import up to 250 companies from a CSV file in the selected workspace. Existing matches are skipped; no marketing consent is created.
Capture team-specific details on supported records without forcing them into a note or an unrelated standard field.
Return to frequently used list filters and sorting without changing the underlying records.
Turn recorded customer activity into an understandable action list.
Start with a simple view of the tasks and customer work that need your attention.
Review tasks, meetings, pipeline items, tickets, and next actions in one connected daily view.
Create, assign, date, and complete follow-ups linked to the people or accounts involved.
Review tasks and LeadBin meetings in month, week, or day view. Switch between assigned tasks and the whole workspace; connected provider events require a separate approved pilot.
Schedule a private or workspace-visible meeting and add a supported HTTPS meeting link. Saving it does not send invitations or create a call with that external provider.
Review due, overdue, upcoming, and assigned work so ownership remains visible.
Review recorded task progress and identify work that has not reached a saved next step.
Surface recorded missed follow-ups, quiet deals, renewals, reactivation candidates, and proposal follow-up with links to the evidence.
Open the source and reason for a Rescue finding before deciding whether it deserves action.
Create a task, log a call, or snooze a supported finding without treating urgency as a predicted outcome.
Explore linked records, ask grounded questions about workspace activity, and prepare human-reviewed drafts, subject to permissions and data-sharing choices.
Discuss the next step in the same workspace as the customer work.
Keep one shared conversation for active members of a workspace, with messages that remain available after leaving the page.
Keep an ongoing private conversation with one or more active members of the same workspace; only its participants can open it.
Discuss a company or opportunity beside its CRM context. Ticket-linked conversations require a plan with Tickets.
Reply to a message, mention a teammate, and search supported conversations without crossing workspace boundaries.
See unread conversation alerts and keep a compact Teamwork window open while working elsewhere in LeadBin.
Turn a workspace or record message into an assigned task linked back to its source. Private messages cannot become workspace-visible tasks.
Start a private member call from Teamwork or a workspace-visible Calendar meeting, with audio, video, screen sharing, and temporary in-call chat. Rooms allow up to eight participants for 60 minutes; monthly capacity is shared.
Share an existing Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom link. Unscheduled Teamwork links stay beside Calendar, not on its dated grid. LeadBin video calls are available to signed-in workspace members, subject to shared usage limits.
Follow opportunity progress while keeping entered amounts distinct from earned revenue.
Track each deal with its stage, owner, amount, currency, close date, and linked relationships.
Move and review opportunities by stage using the process your workspace has configured.
Adapt stages and pipelines to supported sales processes rather than forcing every deal into one path.
Install a guided stage structure for a common sales process, with review before making it part of your workspace.
See stage distribution, movement, deal values, and recorded conversion evidence in a dedicated dashboard.
Inspect how long open deals have sat in their current stage using recorded stage history.
Review recorded amounts, dates, and probabilities behind weighted estimates, including incomplete inputs needing repair.
Prepare and version customer proposals, including supported PDF output, before any human-approved delivery.
Keep supported contract details and milestones connected to the related opportunity; this is not a payment processor.
Give a new inquiry a clear path into the CRM and an accountable next step.
Build lead forms with reviewed fields and consent wording for approved websites.
Restrict form embeds to sites your workspace has verified before accepting public submissions.
Draft a focused public page around an existing form, then publish it deliberately.
Record the inquiry and match or create a contact in the right workspace for follow-up.
Review where submitted leads came from and the responses captured by each form.
Apply supported qualification criteria to recorded lead details before treating an inquiry as a sales-ready opportunity.
Turn an incoming form lead into assigned work instead of leaving the submission in an inbox.
Prepare content and review a consent-qualified audience. Sending requires a separately approved workspace, a connected campaign provider, verified feedback, and a final review.
Standardize internal follow-up without silently contacting customers.
Give teammates reusable prompts and questions for consistent customer conversations and handoffs.
Create supported task and in-app notification rules from recorded CRM events.
Start an internal process from a reusable template, then review and activate its rules intentionally.
Organize timed follow-up tasks and editable drafts while keeping external delivery subject to separate review and safeguards.
Add supported conditions and more specialized internal automation as the process matures.
Configure supported event deliveries to an endpoint you control, with workspace and role checks.
Create task-oriented rules tied to records of a configured custom-object type.
Keep support work connected to the relationship and visible to its owner.
Record customer issues with priority, status, reviewable history, and one or more assigned teammates.
Collect structured issue details into the ticket workflow where supported.
Keep an auditable record of status changes and responses that actually happened; logging does not send a message.
Review saved ticket volume, ownership, and outcomes as part of the service workload.
Set supported response and resolution targets by priority and review the resulting deadlines.
Maintain reusable support answers with publication and access controls.
An optional workspace extension for reviewed sales documents and Stripe invoices. Each workspace enables and connects it separately.
Save reusable services and prices for quotes and invoices in the selected workspace.
Prepare a private draft, publish a branded buyer link and PDF, and keep revisions connected to the original quote.
After quote approval, review a distinct agreement and collect the buyer’s coded approval before issuing its invoice.
Draft and review an invoice without a preceding quote or contract; choose a saved contact or enter a one-time recipient.
Issue through the workspace’s own connected Stripe merchant, then review delivery and payment status in QuoteBin.
Optional time tracking linked to CRM work, with evidence behind each hour and payment.
Start, pause, resume, and stop a persistent timer from a person, company, opportunity, task, or project.
Add and review time entries with their source record, billable status, and edit history.
Track work against a linked company and review recorded hours beside an optional project budget.
Drill into tracked effort and, where linked, paid QuoteBin invoices. Missing rates or payment links remain visible instead of becoming guessed profit.
See what the saved evidence supports—and where it does not.
Review workspace-level pipeline, activity, and conversion views built from recorded data.
Follow defined cohorts of captured contacts toward recorded qualification and opportunity outcomes.
Understand the follow-up and customer events your team has saved in the workspace.
Inspect recorded submission and conversion evidence with the source and time window in view.
Preview and save supported grouped views of people, companies, opportunities, tasks, and tickets.
Use supported rule-based scores and health indicators as review aids, not as a published predictive Revenue Risk model.
Group and count records from a configured custom-object type using supported fields.
Give each team a defined space, permissions, and ways to take its data with it.
Keep records scoped to the workspace you select and invite teammates within your plan’s member limit.
Receive supported workspace alerts about assigned work and other recorded events.
Connect your own mailbox per workspace to send a reviewed, one-to-one message. This does not sync Inbox or Sent mail or enable campaigns.
See active owners in workspace settings; an owner or admin can change a workspace’s display name without changing its ID or records.
Control who can view and manage supported areas; the server rechecks permissions when actions are submitted.
Let authorized owners or admins create tokens for supported API access, subject to scope and security controls.
Use core LeadBin screens on desktop and mobile-sized browsers.
Install the web app and use supported offline record or draft flows; confirm synchronization after reconnecting.
Define additional record types for processes that do not fit the standard CRM entities.
Review supported administrative and record-change events for accountability.
Export supported workspace data for review or transfer, subject to your role and the available workspace tools.
These capabilities have separate release requirements. A feature’s appearance in the app or a pilot does not mean it is generally available.
Optional per-user read-only activity sync is restricted to approved pilot accounts while provider verification continues.
Read-only delegated mail and calendar sync is being validated in isolated workspaces; it is not open to every plan.
CampaignBin is enabled per workspace and uses a workspace-connected Brevo or campaign SMTP account. Enabling it does not enable sending. Delivery still requires an approved workspace, verified sender and feedback, consent, suppression checks, and an explicit reviewed launch.
The proposed predictive model is not the live rule-based Revenue Rescue ranking and has not passed general-release validation.
A separate synthetic Stripe sandbox has been exercised; live customer billing and accounting data are not generally connected.
A read-only ticket portal has been tested internally but is not a general customer-facing plan feature.
