Add another workspace
Use your plan allowance to keep another team or dataset separate.
Follow the steps
Check your allowance
Free includes one owned workspace, Starter up to three, Growth up to five, and Scale has no workspace cap. Membership in another owner’s workspace does not use your allowance.
Open workspace settings
In Settings → Workspaces, choose New workspace. The form shows your current plan and how many workspaces you own.
Create and verify
Name the workspace, select the appropriate setup, and create it. Use the switcher to confirm that you are in the new workspace before adding records or teammates.
Check the result
The new workspace appears in the switcher with your paid plan and starts with its own empty records and member list.
One subscription covers the workspaces included in your plan. Existing separate subscriptions are not automatically consolidated; contact billing support before changing them.
